Creative · Branding

A brand families trust before they ever call.

In treatment, your brand is a promise about how someone will be treated on one of the worst days of their life. We build identities that feel calm, credible, and specific to you, not another sunrise and an ocean.

The short version

In treatment, trust is the product.

Nobody shops for addiction treatment the way they shop for anything else. They’re making a decision about someone they love, under pressure, often without knowing what to ask. In that moment your brand does a lot of work: it tells people whether you’re credible, whether you’re for someone like them, and whether they’ll be treated with dignity.

Most treatment brands don’t help with that. They look and sound like every other program, which pushes families to decide on price, location, or whoever answers the phone first.

We build brands that are clear about who you serve and what makes your care different, then carry that consistently through your website, ads, printed materials, and the way your team talks on the phone. A consistent brand makes every other channel work harder.

The problem

Where treatment center brands usually go wrong.

01

Interchangeable

The same stock photos, the same hopeful taglines, the same blue and green. A family can’t tell one program from the next.

02

Inconsistent

The website says one thing, the ads say another, and the brochure looks like a third company.

03

Built for the board, not the family

Brands designed to impress insiders often miss the person trying to decide whether to call.

What we build

Clear about who you are. Consistent everywhere.

Positioning

Who you serve best, what makes your program different, and how to say it in a sentence a parent remembers.

Visual identity

Logo, color, type, and photography direction that feel like your program and stay readable for every age.

Voice and messaging

How the brand sounds on the website, in ads, and in the first minute of an admissions call.

A system your team can use

Templates for one-pagers, presentations, social, and print, so everything looks like it came from the same place.

How a project runs

From first conversation to a brand your team can use.

Every sprint is two weeks and ends with a report: what shipped, what moved, and what’s next.

Step 1

Listen

We interview leadership, clinicians, and admissions, review your materials and competitors, and learn how families describe you today.

Step 2

Define and design

We agree on positioning and messaging, then develop the visual identity and test it on real pieces like your homepage and an ad.

Step 3

Roll out

You get guidelines and templates, and we help apply the brand across your website, ads, and print so it shows up the same way everywhere.

Common questions

Questions owners ask about branding.

Do we need a full rebrand or just a refresh?

Often a refresh is enough. If your name and reputation are strong, we keep what people already recognize and fix what’s unclear or inconsistent. We’ll recommend the smallest change that solves the real problem.

How does branding affect admissions?

Directly, though it shows up more slowly than ads. A clear, credible brand raises the share of visitors who call, makes ads more effective, and helps families choose you when they’re comparing programs. We track branded search, website conversion, and reviews to see it.

Will a rebrand hurt our search rankings?

Not if it’s planned. If a name or domain changes, we handle redirects, listings, and announcements so search engines and referral partners follow you to the new brand.

What do we actually get at the end?

A positioning and messaging guide, a visual identity with logo, color, type, and photo direction, and ready-to-use templates for the materials your team creates most often.

How we measure it
