How we work
Most agencies sell a retainer and send a report. We run your account in two-week sprints, with a written plan, named deliverables, and a live workbook that shows which ranking or phone call each task is supposed to move.
“I spent ten years on the operator side getting agency reports that never matched our census. I built this sprint system so you never get one of those.”

The difference
Typical agency
Sublime sprint
How the work is sold
A monthly retainer and a list of services
Six two-week sprints with named deliverables and volumes
Where it starts
Best practices and a generic onboarding
A full audit of your site, call tracking, and Google listings before we promise anything
What each task is for
“Ongoing optimization”
Every task names the KPI it moves and what counts as done
What you see
A monthly PDF of traffic and rankings
A live workbook you can open any day, plus a report every two weeks
What gets measured
Sessions, impressions, positions
Calls and qualified calls, traced to the page and search that produced them
When work slips
It quietly disappears
It rolls into the next sprint at no cost
When it isn’t working
A 12-month contract
A review gate at 90 days where either side can walk
A real scorecard
Baseline, day 90, and target from a treatment center engagement, July to September 2026. Client name withheld.
| Metric | Baseline | Day 90 | Target |
|---|---|---|---|
| Calls marked qualified / month | 1 | 10 | Up every month |
| Google listing actions / month (calls, directions, clicks) | 348 | 426 | 450+ |
| Tracked searches on page 1 of Google | 4 of 20 | 10 of 20 | Page 1 for core terms |
| Searches in Google’s top 3 | 8 | 20 | Grow every month |
| Average Google position | 28.5 | 19.7 | Under 20 |
The first 90 days
Each sprint is two weeks and ends with a report: what shipped, what moved, and what’s next. The plan adjusts to what the audit finds. Paid media accounts run on the same two-week rhythm.
Weeks 1–4
We audit your site, your call tracking, and your Google listings, clean up what’s hurting you, and write down the baseline every result gets measured against.
Weeks 5–8
The pages that should bring in calls get rebuilt so they do, and the program, level-of-care, and insurance pages you’re missing get built.
Weeks 9–12
We earn links and strengthen your Google listings for the searches families actually make, then review the results with you against the day-one targets.
Our sprint rules
01
Sprint 1 is an audit. Targets come from your real numbers, not a sales deck.
02
No busywork. If it can’t move a ranking or a phone call, it waits.
03
If we miss a deliverable for reasons on our side, it carries into the next sprint at no cost.
04
We won’t quietly cut one area to cover another. Scope changes come to you in writing.
05
At the review, we show progress against the targets. If it isn’t working, either side can walk.
06
Accounts, content, data, and the workbook stay yours from day one.
The workbook
Every client gets a live workbook, updated as the work happens. No dressed-up month-end version, no waiting to find out what got done.
Tab 1
Every deliverable with its sprint, dates, contract volume, owner, and status. If we said we’d build 3 pages this month, you can count them.
Tab 2
Each target keyword with its page, intent, baseline position, monthly position, target, and whether it’s on page 1.
Tab 3
Your most important pages, each with the search it should win, where it ranks today, where it needs to be, and the fixes still open.
Tab 4
Where every number started, where it is each month, and the 90-day target, with the source named so you can check it yourself.
Tab 5
Each task says what done looks like, how long it should take, and which number it’s supposed to move. If it can’t name one, it doesn’t make the sprint.
For your marketing team
We sort every tracked search into four buckets by Google position, and each bucket gets a different kind of work.
positions
Better titles and snippets so more searchers click, plus the internal links that keep the top spots.
positions
Sharper page titles, more internal links, and stronger clinical credibility to push into the top 3.
positions
Expand the ranking page and point targeted links at that exact URL to break onto page 1.
positions
New pages, editorial links, and domain authority for the terms you don’t own yet.
